Past, Present, and Future Appalachians

ETSU Martin Center for the Arts
Our third annual event returned to feature 7 speakers and 3 performances, ranging from poetry/spoken word to experimental folk music to hip hop. Our theme, "Past, Present, and Future Appalachians," explained that all speakers/performers had either called this region home, currently do, or plan to in the future.

In our second year, we featured 9 speakers and 3 performances including a band, solo musician, and live painting by a local artist. Our theme built off the previous year's with "Raising Our Appalachian Voices."
